Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping: We ship to over 50 countries. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, some fragrances cannot be shipped via air or to certain destinations. If your order is affected, we'll contact you with alternative options.
Return Policy
Hassle-Free Returns — RMA Required
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 14 days of receipt. Approved returns receive a refund less original shipping cost, less a 20% restocking fee, and any gift wrapping charges. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required — returns sent without one will not be accepted.

- • Defective or damaged items (within 14 days)
- • Wrong item received
Not Eligible for Return
- • Opened or used fragrances
- • Skincare and Haircare items (no exceptions)
- • Items returned after 14 days
- • Wholesale purchases
- • Gift cards
- • Sale items marked as final sale
Restocking Fees & Shipping
- • 20% restocking fee on all approved returns, deducted from your refund
- • 50% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging
- • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded
- • Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless we made an error
How to Return
- 1Email support@k-chris.com with your order number to request an RMA number
- 2Once approved, you will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- 3Pack items securely in original packaging with the packing slip and ship to us at your expense — clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package
- 4Drop off at any authorized shipping location and retain your tracking number
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your refund will reflect the item price less original shipping, less the applicable restocking fee (20% if in original condition; 50% if not), and any gift wrapping charges. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
A $10.00 fee applies if we are able to successfully cancel your order prior to shipping at your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Wholesale Orders
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale purchases. Free shipping is not available on wholesale purchases. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies for wholesale orders cancelled prior to shipping.
